2008 Public Investors' Financial Symposium

Illinois State Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias welcomes public investors to 2007 fall symposium in Rosemont.

Dear Public Investors,

The 2008 Public Investors’ Financial Symposium in Springfield was a huge success. Public investors from all over Illinois had the opportunity to learn about several pertinent topics in public finance. I would like to thank the presenters and attendees for making this year’s symposium one of the best ever. Also, we greatly appreciate the generous support from the sponsors of this year’s symposium: US Bank, ACH Direct, and Global Payments, Inc. Without the teamwork of everyone involved, it would not have been possible. We look forward to our next two-day symposium in the Chicagoland area. If you missed the Springfield symposium, then make sure you see us in Chicago this fall.

Sincerely,
Alexi Giannoulias
Illinois State Treasurer
